By applying for the Impara program,
the student accepts Impara's policies. All courses, accommodation
options and activities are subject to change at any time.
It is the student's responsibility to consult the Impara
website in order to obtain the most current information.
Courses that are subject to a minimum of participants
may be cancelled if not fully subscribed. In such case,
all payments will be refunded, less a € 50 administration
fee. Students who request to change their program are
subject to the price listed on Impara website at the time
of the change approval date.
Multiple program Enrolment
Students may create their own individual program by combining
several existing programs or by consulting with Impara
consultants.
In such case, a special price offer containing a discount
will be sent via mail.

must pay a € 200 damage deposit, which will be used
to pay any damage or charges that may occur during the

Change in Program |
|
All Impara programs are carefully created by Impara and
the school staff.
A student who wishes to change his program must consult
the Impara staff in order to obtain approval.
Impara does its best to ensure that any change in program
will be published on its website on time. Unfortunately,
circumstances sometimes create the need to change a course
program, housing or staff. Impara will not refund the
fees if the new arrangement is similar to the old one.
|
|
Accommodation regulations |
|
Impara does its best in order to find students appropriate
accommodation, which will permit the student to study
peacefully and enjoy the stay. For this reason it is extremely
important for students to send their application forms
as early as possible.
The tuition fee includes accommodation and cost of utilities
(does not include telephone bills or laundry).
After the accommodation is assigned by Impara, it will
be possible to change only in special cases and may involve
payment of an additional fee.
Students who incur utility charges in excess of what is
reasonable will be charged out of their damage deposit.
If the deposit does not cover the charges, the student
will be billed accordingly.
The student is responsible for respecting and abiding
by house rules.
Impara is not responsible for the theft of articles.
|
|
Passports and Visas |
|
Students must have a valid passport and visa before arriving
in Italy. All information about visas should be requested
at the Italian consulate nearest their home.
It is the student's responsibility to procure any required
visa documents.
Impara will provide the school's enrolment letter and
accommodation letter.
All non-U.S. citizens must contact the consulate nearest
their home to determine whether they need other documents.
Impara is not responsible for any information given by
the consulate. Impara cannot be responsible for those
who decide not to obtain the documentation requested and
are denied a visa.
Failure to obtain a visa does not constitute grounds for
a refund.
|
|
Responsibility and Behavior in a
Foreign Country |
|
Impara students are responsible for their actions and
behavior while in Italy. Students must respect the host
country and their fellow students, house companions and
the Italian law.
Impara will not tolerate any possession, use, sale or
exchange of drugs or any action considered illegal.
Impara reserves the right to expel such student from the
program without any refund of fees.
